Registration of public sector partners (RPVS)
We provide comprehensive legal services in connection with the registration of entities in the Register of Public Sector Partners pursuant to Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the register of public sector partners, in particular:
- analysis of the obligations and assessment of whether the entity is subject to registration in the RPVS,
- legal advice on whether it is advantageous and appropriate for the client to be registered as a public sector partner given its business model, ownership structure and the nature of its business relationships with the public sector,
- explaining the benefits and risks of registration - for example, increased credibility in public procurement, transparency of ownership structure and the possibility of cooperation with state or local government entities,
- Identification and verification of the final beneficiary (EUB),
- drafting and filing an application for registration, amendment or deletion from the register,
- representation of clients in proceedings before the Žilina District Court, which maintains the register,
- communicating with public authorities and providing legal opinions on registration issues.
